Yes; during your free design consultation, we can set up a payment plan. You can pay in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments during the timeline of your project.

Before The Project Begins The initial deposit is non-refundable. However; if you request a refund before the project begins, I'll give you a refund for the remaining amount paid. ​ After The Project Begins Every design service and package includes 2 rounds of revisions. You can purchase up to 5 add-on revisions. If at the end of this revision set, you are still not happy with your project, I will issue a partial refund excluding your non-refundable deposit.

Yes; you may cancel your project at any time. If your project has not yet begun you will receive a 100% refund. If your project has begun and you wish to use the files designed thus far, you will be refunded for work not completed at the time of the cancellation.

Copyright is the legal right to use, publish, or authorize others to use the copyrighted material. I am not a lawyer and do not know the copyright laws of your area. For best results, I recommend asking a copyright lawyer. However, the basics of copyright in reference to your files from Logodentity are as follows. ​ An idea is not copyrighted. If your logo has a dog illustration, another brand or business may also have a dog illustration. However, using the same illustration without the permission of the designer or owner of the design is a direct violation of that copyright. ​ You do not own the copyright of a premade font. Your logo is designed using fonts. Once I have delivered your files; the modified version of these fonts used in your logo is copyrighted and owned by you. However, the designer of a font maintains the copyright of the font in its original form. ​ If you'd like a font exclusively designed for your business, we can discuss this during our design consultation call.

Some of my clients choose to use elements (also known as assets) from other sources such as Design Cuts or Creative Market in their designs. The original designer owns the copyright to these assets. To use these in your design project, the correct licensing must be purchased for the project. Any designs made from these external assets cannot be trademarked.

As the designer I own the rights to my designs with the exception of external assets. At the end of your project I will transfer the rights of the designs to you upon delivery of the finalized files. I maintain the right to use your designs in my portfolio and on social media.
