Frequently Asked Questions
What is Logodentity?
Logodentity is a brand and web design studio serving creative small business owners ready to build a visual identity that meets their goals and customer needs.
How is Logodentity different from other design studios?
Many high end designers encourage you to "invest" in your business even when you can't afford it. At Logodentity, you'll get everything you need for a beautiful brand without breaking the bank. See payment options below.
What is a Design Consultation?
The free design consultation is a phone call you can schedule with me to talk about your brand, your business, and get a custom quote for your project. This is a good time to ask any questions you have about the design process or payment options.
What is a Logodentity Brand Passport?
A Logodentity Brand Passport is a brand guide that outlines all the aspects of your brand. When a project is over, the amount of files and options can be overwhelming. You'll receive various file types, colors, font pairing, and other elements. Each Logodentity Brand Passport is uniquely designed to help you keep your files organized, apply them across different applications, and show others how to reference your business.
Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes; during your free design consultation, we can set up a payment plan. You can pay in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments during the timeline of your project.
Do you offer refunds?
If you request a refund before the project begins, I'll give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Every design service and package includes 2 rounds of revisions. You can purchase up to 5 add-on revisions. If at the end of this revision set, you are still not happy with your project, I will issue a partial refund excluding your 30% non-refundable deposit.
Can I cancel my project?
Yes; you may cancel your project at any time. If your project has not yet begun you will receive a 100% refund. If your project has begun and you wish to use the files designed thus far, you will be refunded for work not completed at the time of the cancellation.
Copyright: Ownership of Designs
What is Copyright?
What if I want to use assets from another designer?
Some of my clients choose to use elements (also known as assets) from other sources such as Design Cuts or Creative Market in their designs. The original designer owns the copyright to these assets.
How and when do I own my designs?
As the designer I own the rights to my designs with the exception of external assets.
