STRUGGLES
Mary had the heart and vision of a growing agency but was feeling scattered behind the scenes. Her brand identity didn’t match her expertise, her messaging felt unclear, and her systems were hard to communicate to potential clients. She needed clarity, consistency, and a way to scale without burning out.

Results After the Project
With a Design Map™ (brand strategy) and Design Excursion™ (design intensive), we built a brand that reflects her bold, efficient energy and simplified her marketing across platforms. We created a mini identity system, content pillars, and Canva templates to speed up content creation. The updated brand helped her confidently launch new offers and guide her team with a strong strategic foundation.
Guided Every Step of the Way
I enjoyed that I felt guided every step of the way - with the intentional timing of the emails, the forms, and the consultation sessions. Throughout the design intensive I also enjoyed the Loom videos with progress updates and my ability to give feedback asynchronously. I often work with people who think the only way to get things done is a meeting, but you have proven that you can also work digitally with one another and come up with an amazing product in the end.
